A true model of what all businesses should aspire to. Great community member who gives back.....so yeah, Scheels is pretty "alright, alright, alright"!!!!

Typical sporting goods store. This is much smaller than their other location, but still carries a fairly wide selection. The prices can sometimes be a bit higher than comparable stores. We have always had great service here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help if I'm looking for something specific or have any questions.
I love this Scheels. The staff are extremely helpful. The store is immaculate. Returns are easy if need be.
Brought four pair of skates to be sharpened on Thursday Nov. 9. We waited almost a full hour for these four pair of skates (no line ahead of us). Later that evening our son gets on the ice for hockey practice only to find that his edge is so messed up he can't stay on his feet. This kid has been skating for 10+ yrs so no lack of ability. All our skates needed to be reworked. I placed a call just to let scheels know the situation not asking for any compensation. This was the response, "sir, I guess I don't know what you expect for us to do." Good thing I expected nothing because that's what we got, zero apology even. Needless to say, our business with that store is over.
