Extremely slow service, no receipt, and they didn't offer any ketchup or dripping sauce for my chicken

This is the best McDonald's in town. The hottest fries, the freshest food. Standard McDonald's menu but much more tasty than the others.
Everytime I go thru the drive thru they mess up on my order. Literally everytime
I can repeat NO ONION seventeen times in the upmost polite manner and I will still have onions on my sandwich, followed with cold fries. And then be told that I’m rude cuz I’m upset that I got all the way home to see that I have onions.... every time they mess up when doing thru the drive thru.
