My son was having some trouble at school and we were referred to this program since they have people on site. While I take responsibility that I did not ask the fees for these services, I was shocked upon receiving the bills months later. I was never told the costs or given a price schedule, just that insurance covered it and rarely do they have cases where there is out of pocket cost. Apparently, a deducatible is not considered out of pocket costs. We keep receiving bills that have no info attached that say they are 60-90 days past due. I havent received the original ones and now we are running over $1000 out of pocket for maybe 6 weeks of 20-40min sessions. When I asked them about this they said "Well this is the going rate". While the service is okay at best, the business is very unorganized and information is hard to get. I dont feel anymore informed on why my son was having issues than I did before this journey. If your kids are having some issues to work through, I would call NDSU, MSUM or a few other places in town that are much more organized, have upfront pricing and better service. While I should have asked in the beginning, I feel a fee schedule should have been talked about. I have no idea how many more bills I will be receiving and making a phone call doesnt seem to answer my questions.
