Good workout facility, all the basics plus a few cool extras. Staff is friendly, and while it's not empty, it's not crazy busy and there's room for everyone
I really enjoy this gym. They have plenty of equipment for the number of people there. I never feel overly crowded, and theybhave a massage therapist in the building. For those ofnus who enjoy olympic lifting they have a seperate room for that.
Best place to workout and play b-ball. Awesome gym
Great facility, very clean and well maintained equipment. It offers free weights, machines, private locker rooms with a sauna, basketball and automated group classes. There are also platforms for power lifting and plenty of weight racks for barbell lifts. Usually very quitet, no contract and 24/7 access.
Always accessible, never really busy, and all sounds perfect place to workout!
Other features are tanning beds, a video workout room, and racquetball courts. Very cool place.
