Understaffed and limited parking. Typical DMV experience. The people are nice, though.
I'm from Denver CO and people here just don't know how good they have it! Doing anything at the the DMV in CO can take a whole day or more of your life. I had to get a MN licence and take the test and it took no time at all plus everyone I came into contact with was so nice and very helpful. If I had to go through this process in CO trust me I would had left in tears and had no license. CO is full of rude entitle people....not everyone but in my experience the FM area is a breath of fresh air!
Minnesota is the worst state in america when it has anything to do with license or vehicles they will make you wait forever in line then you wait months to get everything in the mail north dakota made everything easy and you dont have to wait for anything to come in the mail with north dakota maybe mn should take some advice from north dakota so they dont have to torture Minnesotans anymore because heaven forbid they need a new license i almost wish i never moved to this stupid state just so i wouldnt have to deal with these people at the dmv
I can now understand why everyone dreads going to the DMV. This is the most ridiculous place and I think they make up their own rules. I was in line at 4:00pm to do a title transfer and my ticket was finally called at 4:17. I walk up to the counter and they say they only do plate tabs after 4:15. No title transfers. How is this a thing? I was there 15 mins prior waiting in line with my ticket in hand having to leave work early and they can't do a title transfer? They need to get it together and quit making asinine "rules". Can I rate this zero infinity stars?
Glad to know I will never have to go back to this place again. I will get my license renewed at a much quicker, friendlier location in Minnesota with much more convenient hours. If you're planning to go here, go elsewhere. Trust me... take a hint from the star ratings.
Make sure you grab the right number. The roll for auto registration is by the door. Driver's license is by the far wall.
