I am greatful that I had someone to tow my car being that it’s Thanksgiving, so thank you so much for that! However, I was told there would be someone coming in 30 minutes. Over an hour later, the young gentleman shows up and takes over 30 minutes to get my vehicle on the flatbed. I asked to talk to his manager to let him know I was unsatissfied with how long it had taken. He did nothing to try and fix it or make it right. I would not recommend this business. The fact it’s Thanksgiving Day and I had to travel for my first meal after working a 15 hour shift made it worse. Had I known it was going to take way longer than expected, I would have went with someone else.
Very quick response when I needed help getting my car doors unlocked. Great service and super nice guy came to help!
Showed up on time but proceeded to struggle with hooking up the vehicle then after driver leaves I get a rude call stating I owe them for just showing up even though it's their incompetence that prevented them from towing my vehicle. I would never recommend using them to anyone.
