I've always been a fan of Dominos. I love their hot wings. Pizza. Molten cakes.
The delivery drivers at this Domino's evidently cannot read signs or GPS. Three times we have order a pizza to be delivered and the driver calls but still they cannot read signs! Pizza cold also so I guess you lost our business ---were going somewhere else.
Once the pizza tracker said it was out for delivery it took 36 mins for it to get here! At 20 mins I called the store and spoke with the manager and he stated that the driver had to stop at a place that is 3-5 mins away from us so it may take awhile. He did say if it came cold then call back and he will send another one out. Once it came 36 mins later it was just warm. We did not call back because we did not want to wait another 55 minutes for the time of order to get another. Very poor service! In the past they forgot things like extra cheese or mushrooms. Today they forgot the double cheese and cups.
I ordered a medium pizza and a pasta the pizza they sent me was burnt so I called them so they could correct it the second pizza was burnt too. I have just decided not to order pizza from them anymore the pasta was good but the pizza wasn't.
I am a frequent customer of this Domino's location. It is the best in the Domino's in the FM area and my favorite pizza place in town. Fast service, quality food, and great prices.
