My efforts to retrieve my mail before it went out with the carrier, costed me an extra day of waiting. Am so frustrated with them. Trying to call them but just rings and hangs up!! Gave them ONE star only because ZERO stars is not option!

I wish I didn't have to call and ask multiple times for mail to not be put in my box when the box is broken and doesn't lock. I've had my mail stolen, yet every day the box lock is still broken and the carrier has still put more mail in it. Also wish that when I called they didn't act like I was wasting their precious time. Just really disappointed.
They were busy at this time of the day. Not enough staff
I was there today and waited for ever. They need more help at the counter! One man was at the counter the whole time I was there. He had a ton of stuff to mail.
