Had a bay window installed 2 years ago. Last year there was mold growing on the base of the window. They said they would fix the problem. Their way of fixing it was to have someone come out and sand out the mold and restain it. This morning the mold is back and there is moisture inbetween the window panes. Not able to get anyone to take the issues seriously. Replaced the old window because of mold developing on the wood. Not acceptable with Asthma issues!
Have never seen such an intense presentation for a roof. When they originally called to say they were going to come out and take measurements, I thought that would take 45min at the most. The guy was in my house for close to two hours. They were the third quote I got for my roof and their price was 3x the other bids. UNLESS I was willing to sign them that day, then they would knock off 4000$? Seems pretty shady to me. Don't register for their prize giveaway...

We ordered windows from Your Home Improvement Company in August 2017. Tom Kramer was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. He was also very helpful with helping use get approved for financing to pay for the windows, making it an effortless process. Once the custom ordered windows were ready, Alex and his team had all the windows installed in less than a full day!!! They were amazing! This is including the custom bend and molded outside trim they did on site. Now that the weather is very cold out we are noticing a significant improvement in our home's efficiency. I would highly recommend this company!
