I have lived in this park at two different locations for a total of almost 4 years. They keep the park clean and quiet. The only annoying thing is how they raise the lot rent each year, When I first moved there it was around $230, by the time I left it was over $300, plus they had installed water meters, to bill water usage. Even though there were lots of problems, with leaking/malfunctioning meters and over charged usage, with them for the first year or two, You had to pay first, get refunded later.
This place is not a good place to live. When u move they steal your deposit and make a fake reason y they keep it don't live here and the rent is 360 now and going to go up again this year.. they also have a very bad manager that runs it and as a company they don't have a number to contact seems really bad DONT MOVE HERE VERY VERY BAD PLACE

In certain sections, like the streets by the drainage river, theres quite a few drug dealers (usually all white). The other streets though, there are few if any complaints.
