A little dated, sink located outside of the bathroom. Mirrored closet door fell off the track when I opened it. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No continental breakfast. They have a breakfast bar where you can order and eat at the tables by the lobby. I've stayed at better hotels in the area for the same price. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Pros: Very clean, nice staff. The rooms were in nice shape and look fairly modern. We attended a wedding reception and the ballroom was very nicely set up and the food was very good for banquet food!
Clean and quiet room. Staff was very friendly and helpful with locations in the city. Large interactive screen in the lobby showed places of interest very easily also. Very close to interstate for quick access around the cities. There are eating establishments and a Starbucks a block away, if the weather had been better could have walked to them. Restaurant, full bar, center outside courtyard, exercise room, coffee shop/cafe, indoor pool and hot tub and meeting rooms all at your convenience.
Cons: The bed was way too hard for my liking and one pillow wasn't enough but two was too many. I'm a light sleeper and the heater sounded like it had something clanging around inside so between that and the bed I didn't sleep very well.
Everything was great here except for the breakfast. I like the fact that you pick where you sit & have you own tv w/ a remote to watch. But it's very open right there in the lobby. It wasn't free & when I reserved it online there wasn't an option to add breakfast. It was a little bit more then I wanted to pay for the room but it was quiet, clean & the staff was very friendly!
Great service, well kept and organized rooms, and a well set-up lounge and breakfast area.
