I only stayed one night, it was workable. The whole place had a bit of a strange smell, the room exceptionally so. The breakfast was kinda sparse, but considering the price, acceptable. The staff were nice in my limited interactions with them.
2- I checked in 12:30 am Saturday. Yet I was told I have only untill 11:00 am that morning. Which less than half day.
4- Worse yet, he made a photo copy of my drivr license, which is a violation of customers privacy laws. I asked him to give it back but he insisted in keeping it. Until time to check out, where he could of make more copies. I told him he is violating the consumer/ customer privacy and confidentiality laws, but he would not give up the copy. An invustigation will be conducted through the MN Attorney General Office into such practices.
Bad place, it has a weird feeling. Stay a way, Bad news. It is not the only Indian hotel like this, most motels/ Hotels run by an Indian managers are bad news, filthy rooms and in bad shapes, not even a proper fixing, rather it's by an amateur person, probably by that staff him/her self.
1- Though the price for one person advertised on the net for $42 per night, when I checked in the young man from india siri wanted to charge me $47 when I mentioned the price they advertised on the net then he charged me 45 + tax.= $49..44. Almost $50.
They have really bad customer service. Lack of integrity and credibility. Never go back to this place.
definitely needs help in the cleanliness/sanitation area! But the evening desk clerk was very polite and helpful
3- Tv does not work properly. Even though the TV channels list shows over 30 channels, majority don't work like CNN. I asked the front desk( an Indian guy) Siri and showed him it's not working,he said watch only the few we have or you can check out !!! Very rude passive aggressive... He lies with wide open eyes to your face.
Non smoking room smelled like smoke, but everything else was nice, and she staff was helpful
What a night mare. Don't even think about it.... Runn away from this dump... You could get a disease..
Had to go to the hospital in Middle of night cuz of bugs bites..Bugs in bed, has a strange skanky smell covered by cheep air freshener. Furniture are in bad old shape. Front desk a conniving Indian liar, he would squeeze every penny out of you. Greed, ingenious Co- -k sucker.
