Customer service here was a 0. I called ahead and ordered take out and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I arrived around 10 minutes later and they said they didn't have my order in the system. After I described it to them they had put it under a different name. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked about my food since it was now 20 minutes since I had placed the order. The kid working went to the kitchen and then told me they were just finishing it up. I waited another 10 minutes and another employee asked me what my order was and after I had described it they realized it was sitting up there at the desk since I got there, but still under the wrong name. They tried to hand me the bag and I asked "isn't it cold? It's been sitting there since I got there." The employees looked at each other and started arguing about who was responsible so I grabbed the bag of lukewarm wings and left incredibly dissatisfied and frustrated.
Really slow service even though the house wasn't too busy overall. One order was incorrect, but quickly replaced. Plan to stay for a while if you go.
Good food. Great place to watch games. Nice atmosphere. Boneless wings aren't as good as they used to be, and beer is over priced for a place that doesn't care for the lines or cycle through as fast as those that are known for craft beer. But overall a solid place to grab a bite, watch some spots, and get a drink.

As long as you don't ask it to be anything other than what it is.... it's fine. Loud, sports, fried food, expensive. And great wings for a price. We can eat at a quality restaurant for less. A salad, kids wings and adult wings.... 35 before tax.... make sure you like 19 tvs [literally] in just the room we were in. You ask why we are eating here? Me, too.
