Waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru and was shorted 2 cinnamon bites. Asked why there was a long wait was told they are short staffed. I feel bad for them knowing my 16 year old daughter makes more money an than the manager at a different fast food place. What to get and keep more employees pay them better. Your make more money with faster service and faster service with more employees. Food cost less where my daughter works yet they can pay their employees more.
Not a place I like anyway but others wanted to go here so I went. Every table was dirty, the floor had pop (maybe still wet water) spilled all over it and the only thing I ordered wasn't cooked properly. I ordered nachos and cheese. The nachos were chewy and soft and should have been crunchy. Other people in my group liked their food.
Do not come here, it is a joke. Half the time the store is randomly closed, they never get the orders right, the staff is rude, and you will wait forever. It is close in proximity to my campus so I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, however they always fail me. I once had to go through the drive through 3 times because they kept messing up our order. If I could give them half a star that would still be too nice.
Hire some decent staff. Worst Taco Bell ever. Well it is a Taco Bell what can you expect! haha
