Great park near downtown Moorhead. I take my dog for walks through it because the paths are nice, and there are always bags available for when he does his business.
Relaxing retreat hidden in Fargo.
This is a nice park with plenty of open areas. Only reason for deducting a star is the annual flood making it unusable for months. Not sure if the recent dike work has fixed this problem or not.
Nice walking/bicycle path next to the river
We love Woodlawn Park. It's got a great location, smack on the river. There are 2 different walking paths, dog poop bags provided, a play structure, and a Frisbee golf course. We normally take the pup on walks along the path. During the summer, the trail across the street connects to the Dike East Park on the Fargo side of the river via a small bridge. This connects to a longer running/biking path, and a dog park right over the bridge. It makes for a great walk and playtime for our pup.
