I'm in love with Grand Junction but as of late the Moorhead one has been slacking, but not enough to make me not go there. The food is cooked right on front of you nice and fresh. The fries are the best in town.
This place is a disaster. I was there with my client who recommended this restaurant and was very excited about eating here. The problem is that their system is inherently flawed. If nobody writes down what the customer ordered, the sandwich goes from station to station with nothing other than memory of the order takers and whether or not they choose to communicate it correctly to those who are finishing the sandwich preparations. We waited for 40 minutes and when we got to the cashier, she literally had to open each sandwich up to even tell what kind it was, as the trimmings were covering the meat. Both of our sandwiches were finished incorrectly and we were asked to return to the line and reorder, after waiting 45 minutes already. She stated it would only take five minutes to remake, but when we went to order again, the chef was so aggravated that the sandwiches had to be remade, that he just ignored us for five more minutes, before we walked out went somewhere else to eat lunch. All of this could be avoided by simply taking the order down, like every other restaurant on the planet, and the ticket following the sandwich down the line so each employee can clearly see what was ordered. It's not that hard. Really!!
The food there is bomb you get alot for your money without having to totally over due it at some picked through buffet their beef Mexican special is actually steak and the bread is unbelievable and the fries are superior
No doubt about it, this place has some awesome food! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because of the cleanliness of the inside. It just felt gross when I was in there, my feet stuck to the floor when I walked (because it was sticky). But I really can't complain, the food is DELICIOUS
Just as good as the GJ on 19th. Some argue this location gives more meat. I'm pretty sure they do but the subs are also shorter than 19th, but it's still good. The large is big enough to split with someone.
