Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My chicken wings were not cooked. My calzone was completely wrong. When I called back a woman who barely spoke English told me they were closed so all she could do was credit my account. I login in today to make my order and the credit is not there. I call to speak to a manager and all the credited me for was $10 out of a $20 order. The person I spoke to said "well the guy you talked to last night said you agreed on a $10 credit." I didn't speak to a male. I spoke to a female. So what is his response? "Well I wasn't here so I don't know what to tell you." What kind of service is that? I will never go back to this place again. And given any other chance to rate them will be the same. Your customers are always right. When I tell you I had uncooked food and a wrong order, it should be replaced. I guess they want their customers to have food poisoning. You need some new management. Either that or an owner who takes care of their customers. As a matter of a fact, I think I'm going to call the health department.
Ordered pizza tonight for the first time. Did not take long. David was the delivery driver and he was very nice. The pizza was very good. We wish we would have tipped more.Will definitely order from them again if we are ever in the area. (:
First time ordering. Experience was awfull. Place closes at ten. Placed order at 9:10 pm. Its 10:40 food still hasn't arrived Called they didnt answer the first time. Second time they answered and assured me its still coming. Food was cold and gross once i recieved it at 11:00. Didnt tip the driver for obvious reasons. Kinda gave me attitude. Good food when its fresh. Very poor service. If i would have given the guy a tip then the terrorists win.
Today was my first time personally using Sarpino's. I had such an amazing experience from ordering online to the customer service I was given by the two drivers that have come to my work this evening. I didn't catch names. But I will be recommending this restaurant to all my guests that request delivery options!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible timing and it was my first time ordering from them I had simply placed a order for a personal pan pizza. It took them nearly TWO HOURS to get one simple item to me I called a couple times and they said they were busy and then told me some gal would be there shortly, well that didn’t happen and some Guy showed up. Then my pizza was cold, I usually don’t care bout that but I was at work and there is no microwave. I called to let them know what happened and the gal who answered asked if they should remake it and send me another or do a credit. I said just credit me I’m not going to wait that long again. Well as of today I tried to order and stated I should have a credit they flat out said they don’t see anything. And then was rudely told by thier manager are you done talking. Oh boy I will never order from these guys again.
