Waiting in line at the drive through for 15 minutes when there are people behind me is ridiculous. I have to be at work right now. I'm severely pissed at the poor, slow service.
Horrible. Definitely 0 stars. I don't go to taco johns at all but was willing to try it out. So we went through drive thru and sat there for a good 5 minutes before someone said anything. The worker there was RUDE overall, and with a snot attitude. SHE literally swore at us!! So we called the store to report what happened and asked to speak with the manager, we recognized the voice from the drive thru and it was the manager that swore at us!! DISGUSTING! Needs to be fired. We were so appalled at her we didn't even stop at the window, we just drove off. Definitely will never be going back!
Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible food, rudest most incompetent staff ever, filthy.
For fast food and Mexican my favorite whenever I'm back in town. Potato oles ate addicting.
After sitting in a drive thru line for 15 minutes and growing increasingly frustrated the line hadn't moved, I decided to go inside and order. Approximately 45 minutes later when the second person who came in after me was served I inquired about my order to find out they somehow didn't know my order at this point. After one of the employees laughed about how it was like 4 orders ago I demanded my money back. The manager supposedly ran a credit on my card and I left. Three plus weeks later I am still yet to receive my $15.88 back & got cursed by said manager when I called to inquire. Long story short, eat at Taco John's, just not this one.
